I have been plagued with 8-9 minute miles for years but am hoping to break into the 7 minute range this year. After 6 weeks of using Mike's cadence workout, I'm running better in April than than I did last August and have run best times for all of my training runs. I recommend it to anyone suffering from a slow pace.
