I'm getting FISTed
I have not, but am looking to. The only problem is I can't find anyone close to Kentucky. I have called several shops and they have no idea what I am talking about.
I think Atlanta is the closest place. If you know of a reference for shops that are FIST certified I would greatly appreciate it.
Good luck, please report back to let us know how it goes!
This has nothing to do with bikes but I vote for your thread title as one of the best ones that I have seen in the last few months.

I went through a bike fit with a FIST certified fitter a couple weeks back. It was great. Took several hours. I actually have a DVD provided by the fitter that shows my position before any changes and then again afterwards. Also all the measurements.
It was very thorough. From the questions to all that goes into the fitting itself. My body is still adjusting to the new position. Almost 3 years in one position takes a little time to undo. But going well.
I recommend it highly. :)

The link to the slowtwitch site has the official list of certified fitters.

It is amazing how good it feels to get FISTed.

Thanks Triguy! I am on Slowtwitch a lot, guess I need to take my blinders off (it's horse racing season in KY).

I got fit on my bike two weeks ago from my LBS, but I knew they didn't know the first thing about tri-bike fitting, so I'm going to a pro. I'll be curious to see how it goes. Anyone else do this before?
