I read the TI book for Triathletes and was about to pull the trigger on the TI video and drill cards as I was having trouble visualizing exactly what I am supposed to do drill-wise, then I saw the SwimSmooth DVD (swimsmooth.com). Now I'm not sure what I should do.
Does anyone have the DVD or seen it? What are your thoughts?
I realize it's from the UK, but suspect the only difference is the accents and metric system.
It is not UK it is Australian theories and I believe it is better buy than TI but that is my opinion. Paul is from the UK and Michele is from Canada.
