I have a 05 ocr-3 with a 74 degree seat angle - I'd like to steepen it a bit for more efficiecy doing tris. The bike is carbon, so a carbon look would be great, but not necessary. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Bontrager makes a nice reversable carbon post. It would put you at 76+ degrees, which is the lower end of the tri specific geometry. Profile's Fast Forward is good, but is alum and looks a bit funky.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

I have a TCR with an Easton EC 90 zero offset seat post and a fizik saddle (long rails). I am at a relatively forward position and still have room to move the seat further forward if need be.
