The OFF Day (or days)
Catch up on stuff that I was unable to get to on the ON days. Bills, paper work...house work, laundry. Maybe see a movie out or if the weather is nice take a hike with my girl friend and laze around a bit.

Is there really such a thing as an off day? ;) I'm usually playing catch-up on those days like Anton said, bills, laundry, whatever. And it's funny, on the rare occasions that I truly have the day off, I have to find something to do or I go crazy.....

My 'Off' days from training are 'on' days for everything else.
Work, housework, laundry, bills, etc.... :D

Off day  what's that. I forgot about those. Too much training going on. We have been through this before and like I have said I just have what I call active rest days where I just ride and keep intensity on the HR monitor <65%HRmax. works for me, but usually I just stay off the feet when ever I do a nothing day, just sit on the couch and try and not think about working out.

I usually lift when I'm off the swim, bike, run routine. I've cut back my weight training quite a bit so it feels good to hit the weights.
sex, drugs, rock & roll - okay, so maybe a lot of sleep :)
Ditto for me... Usually playing catch up with everything else I don't have time to do...
Even then I can't not just sit and do nothing..
Look forward to the next training session....

Well, if I'm not catching up on housework and stuff, I love going to a coffee shop and reading for a few hours (if I'm in a book at the time) or sitting around playing video games all day, being as unproductive as possible.
Of course, after a couple hours, my desire to train hits me pretty hard. I tend to find off days can easily turn miserable for me. I try to schedule my off day to coincide with a day where I work in the morning/afternoon so I don't notice it as much.
