Currently there is only one other option. You can switch to the template with the swimmers picture. Go to Presentation in your admin and click on that picture.

I'll be working on some new ones soon and hopefully some that offer your own pic as an option.

There are some differences with this version of wordpress. It's the multi user version. Also depends on if you've been reading about backend coding changes, that would effect everyone and you don't have access to the core files. If it's just layout, template type stuff that can be done creating a theme, which could be uploaded for you.
