Does anybody have any experience or recommendations for other shoes? The LG Carbon Tri Air shoes look cool but I don't know if they are worth the money. I've never had a good pair of cycling shoes and just started looking around.

A couple reviews from other members, not sure if you checked those out:

Thanks for the link that was helpful.

Anybody try the new carbon version? Or is there a brand of cycling shoes that is more reputable than others?

Sidi's are always a good choice...the T-1's are real nice. I like them because there is no tongue to get in the way when you're trying to slip in on the fly. I'm getting rid of my nikes in favor of the sidis for this season.

I just bought the Specialized Trivent (haven't even gotten to ride them yet), but I read tons of great reviews about them and they are extremely well made for the price. Definitely worth looking into.
