I got re-fit on my bike, friday. I bought the bike from a san diego tri shop. Apparently they sold me and fit me on a bike that was too big for me. The top tube was too long. Now I live in Tucson, AZ and brought my bike to TriSports. They re-fit me on the bike. I had to buy a few new things to make this bike work. The bike fitting was a lot more in depth than the san diego shop's. We finally got ito where it looked and felt great. Well, today I went on my first ride with my new fit. It was amazing. My bike was 100 times more comfortable. My speed and power increased an incredible amount. It was awesome. I am so happy...I had to share it. I realize that getting PROPERLY fit on your bike, is probably the most important thing you can buy.
