I'm excited to say my first du of the year and first du ever went great. Now that is to say I didn't move up their in the top of the rankings but I did have a PB in my first 3.1 mile run (25 minutes) and I didn't end up having to walk at all in my second run. I've posted here recently about the benefits of the LSD's and my race Sunday really reflected how much it has helped me. Now I've started on my 15 week program for a faster sprint for my tri in June.

Congratulations,

I still didn't compete ever even though I am training for almost a year of cycling... :(

Too bad they don't have triathlons here at my city.

Do you guys have to travel a lot in order to compete?
