Some of my exercise files have data that was part of my workout, I would like to "cut" those files when I stopped exercising (and didn't hit the stop button). Can I do this, if so how?

Thanks

You can't cut out the time but you can adjust it to make a straight line like so:

1) Find the dip you want
2) right click and choose "Error Correction"
3) click "edit"
4) choose the blue dashed square area and click confirm. This will adjust the area to level with the adjacent HRs on the right and left
5) then click Cose

Hope this helps. Still don't think you can "cut out" the time.

You can change the time by going to "Exercise Time in HR Zones" section after you open up the particular exercise, then djust the numbers. Ususally you would do it from the purpple section since it's the lowest HR.
