Anybody have a link to a good streching routine that you do? I haven't done a full routine since highschool and even then it was basic at best and unfocused.

They don't have a link where you can get pics,But they offer a wonderful,spiral bound book called Stretching (duh)
They have been around since the 70's and really know their stuff. They cover stretches for many different sports and activities (including tri,climbing,snowboarding etc)and have a wholistic approach to fitness and health with stretching being a big component.
It's worth owning. and a bargain at $17.
