Equinox 7, S32, or Kilo
Have you ridden all three? Does one shop carry all of em, or are they scattered around? Like one shop more than the others?
The Kilo strikes me as the best deal, as its a previos years model, and is in no way inferior to the other bikes. The specs are pretty similar all around, including frame materials. Your sizing will affect things too. At the larger sizes, I am not too happy with the E7's taller headtube, but its workable. The Kilo's headtube is better for lower positioning.
Ride em all and write down the pros and cons of each one. And give us a report!

I have it narrowed down to a 05' Dual 10 for 1499 or an 05' S32 for 899. The LBS's are at different locations. Since this is my first "real" tri bike, me thinks that I should go with the Felt for the better value, and when I get better, then I will reward myself with a more expensive bike.
I test rode both of them and I actually liked the ride better, even though my position was less than stellar. The Dual looks sweet as heck though. My question is that I am 5'10.5" and the cervelo was a 56 (they don't have any 54's left) and it felt weird on it, and all of my buddies ride 52's and 54's in Cervelo, while being my size or taller. The Felt in size 56 felt perfect to me though.
All things being equal, the dual has better components, pretty much Ultegra throughout, while the Felt has 105 throughout. But my thinking is that anything is better than the Sora crap that I have now. The Dual is a 10, while the s32 is a 9. And like most people say, red IS faster than blue. Opinions are welcome.

i just got the 05 s32...i havent had it out too much as it is winter in minnesota still, but what i have experienced of it so far has been badass.
Make sure you get them adjusted to where your position is correct before paying for it. Avoid any hassles of paying to swap stems and such later. Itll also reveal if you are, in fact, on the wrong size. Thats the thing bout tri bikes. Its easier to cover up an improper fit, due to the variations in the position.

jtaltendahl,
Winter in MN?!?! It was 40 F out here today! I just got back from a 15 mile jaunt on my new steed. It felt great to get outside and off the rollers for a change.
Don't settle for a larger size! That's the top reason I know of people selling their tri bikes is that they bought them too big. 5' 10" can mean alot of things, but even my long legged tri buddies of that height are on 54 tri bike. I'm 5' 7" and ride a 49 tri bike.

I have the options of purchasing a 06' Equinox 7 for 1,499, an 06' s32 for 1,399, or an 05' Kilo for 1,299. All things considered, which should I choose?
From the looks of it, the e7's frame is a bit nicer, with internal tubing, and better wheels. While the S32 has better components, but the frame just doesn't pop to me like the e7's does. The Kilo is my other option. They all have pretty much the same geometry angles, so I am just looking for input from all of you here. Thanks.
