i know i have been asking questions like crazy today, but its because i got my bike...

so im looking into getting a computer for my bike...here's my question, i want to get one with a rear wheel sensor as to be useful when on the trainer, but are there wireless rear sensor computers? im not really all that psyched about the excess wiring.

Cateye double wireless is used and loved by TriGuy. However, looking at some info on it I'm not finding if it works rear wheel...

yes, I do LOVE my double wireless ;)

And yes, the sensor mounts on the left chainstay. One sensor for both cadence and speed. I HIGHLY recommend this computer.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

I second the Cateye Double wireless. I have never had any problems with it (no interference with my HRM). The thing that I really love about it is the amount of information available. It will display speed, cadence, time, and distance all at the same time. Of course it also does avg speed, max speed, various time options, and it will even tell you how many total revolutions your pedals make on a bike trip.

Look an eBay and you can pick them up at a pretty reasonable price.
