Hi, all!
I was wondering if any of you have tried a new drink called FRS plus. I just started using it (they have a full-size trial - yea!) and Iseem to have a lot more sustained energy. Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks!

I have a few bottles of it (prize at an adventure race) and it's pretty good tasting. It boosts energy, and helped my roommate stop needing coffee each morning. However, just realized it has caffine in it, so I'm not sure if I'll keep drinking it regularly.
I also had a bottle of it, tasted fine. Probably would have been good if I had continued drinking it. Got sidetracked making my own shakes and espressos in the morning. I'd use it again, but it didn't seem to be 'all that'. Of course, I'm not sure what a drink that's 'all that' tastes like... blue hawaiians come to mind, but that's probably not what you're thinking about...
Hmmm ... blue hawaiians ... OK, it's only 7:40 in the morning so it's best that I don't think about that, eh?
I've been really happy so far with FRS. I hadn't even heard of it until a friend mentioned it a few weeks ago. I'm always looking for a little bit of an edge especially since I just committed to my first half-ironman. Gulp.
:-)
Have an awesome day!
Debbie
I have been using FRS for 3 months now and I do feel like it helps with the energy slump I used to have in the late afternoon. Especially on the training days (are there any other kind) Also I have not had my usual end of Jan early Feb illness, flu type thing. Don't know if FRS is responsible but don't know that it isn't. As forthe taste my hubby sez' it taste like kids vitamins...I think it is OK kindof fruity

I actually ordered the free 8 day sample a week ago or so - should be arriving this week - looking forward to trying it.
