Bike Trainer Help
Are you sure it isn't the tire? My tire will make some noise until it is warmed up...normally doesn't take 30-40 minutes...maybe like 10 or so.
The trainer is the best place to do your single leg drills. Do a search and you'll find all kinds of workouts.
mine does the same thing. You may have the resistance way up to high too try loosening it a bit
I bought the same model in november, I've been using it hard and have never heard a squeel. I'd call the company and see what they say.
Hey thanks for the input, I know this is probably an annoying question and I will probably end up calling the company to check into it. I have tried going looser on the trainer and tighter neither works and tighter feels ultra bad for the rear wheel bearings. Anyways thanks for the input it always helps to do a little brainstorming before a decision.

So first I am new to this forum and want to say hi and thanks in advance.
Here it is I just bought my first trainer, it is a cycleops fluid II anyways I have had it for about a month and been happy except lately it will start making a high pitch squeeling noise that sounds like it is coming from the resistance unit. It goes away after about 30 to 40 min but the question is, is this a serious problem? I don't want to have to send it back if I don't have so I don't loose training time. Any help or advice is much apreciated, and any workout plans would be way cool too. Thanks again.
