Hello Everyone,

I have a question concerning wheels for clydesdales. Does anyone know anything about HED Jet 60 wheels? I know they have received a lot of positive feedback for their integrity and for the ride they offer, but are they recommended for clydesdales?? If not, can anyone recommend another wheelset in the 700-900 price range?

I do need to mention too that the wheels will be used for training/racing, too much $$$ for just racing!

Thanks everyone.

Have you tried e-mailing HED directly? If you go to their website they mention that they wil work with you to build you a wheelset if you are a heavier rider.

Just how much of a clydesdale you are will narrow your search down, American Classic, for instance doesnt really make wheels for anyone over 200lbs. So while I am a heavier rider (I cant ride Am Classics lighterweight wheels) I am still in range of most Clydesdale and even some non clydesdale wheelsets.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
