Houston is my other home town...
I am planning to go back by the end of march....
Are you an MD by some chance???

Right now I got a contract here in my home country Ecuador....
Best of luck in your trainning...

I plan on doing the Galveston Tri in April.
I heard some bad reviews on it, but I oncel lived in the area . Seems like it will be fun to leave europe for a while and tri in my hometown.
Hello Firegirl!!!
You are almost an MD...that is great...seems like you are in the final straight before graduation...my best wishes to you.
My specialty is Internal Med...now I am wainting for the match in OBGYN....sounds strange...?? Well the thing is my father is an OBGYN...and after thinking and talking we conclude that having a practice together will be just wonderful. So I have good 4 years ahead of me...I am really excited.
Hey Nick10980: I heard also not the best reviews about the Galveston Tri...but would be fun to do it...particulary I really like that town...so if I get to the States in time for that I might try it.-

hi, all. i've been browsing off and on for a couple of weeks since i decided to tri. first time (sprint in april) but i've been a competitive athlete off and on since high school. finishing school and starting residency in june, so i'm really hoping to get a solid base before my schedule is crazy. i appreciate the tips and advice i've picked up-- hopefully i'll translate that into success this spring.
luck to all.
cheers.
