Go to the following page in your blog admin:
http://www.triathlonlife.com/admin.php?op=editPosts
That page should give you options to view your posts. Click on the number in the "CM" column. That will bring up the comments for that post. check the boxes to the left and then the delete button at the buttom.
To help prevent in the future, go here in your admin:
http://www.triathlonlife.com/admin.php?op=authimage
Enable this plugin and click "Update" at the bottom. This will require users to post a verification code with comments which will prevent the automated poker spams.
