On netscape.com today:

Quote:
The source said that thanks to a steady diet of "fried chicken and soul food" that included macaroni and cheese, candied yams, pork ribs and buttered corn bread, Jackson ballooned up from 118 pounds to a peak of 160 pounds, but has recently lost 15 to 20 pounds. She's working out with a personal trainer now so she'll be ready in the spring for the planned release of her next album. What exercises is she doing? The Daily News says it's jogging, power-walking and "grueling" lunges and squats. "By the time her record is released, she'll be thin again," the family source said.

I must admit that sounds very tasty!
Here's what it did to Miss Jackson:

Got a favourite food weakness? Something you just cannot resist?

Arrrr. the pirates in the house. I like the new avatar.

Miss Jackson should join us here on Trifuel. On food weaknesses, in the winter I get a bit of a sweet tooth. Chocolate chip cookies in particular. And pizza pretty much all year round.

That's easy, Chocolate covered triathletes. BBB's jokes, they can be emotionally hazardous, baily's and prosecco.

It looks to me like she's more prone to costume malfunctions today than ever before.

Cheese (all), Red Wine, Trader Joe's Key Lime Pie, Ice Cream, Pizza.

Okay, I'm going to let the secret out, I'm Janet Jackson's trainer...
And, I'm going to train for Eagleman by powerwalking and doing "grueling" lunges.

I go through phases of weakness... sometimes I'm craving sugar, sometimes salty/crunchy foods. Basically either candy or chips, but which varies roughly every couple weeks.

A benefit of being famous: Your job for the next few weeks = workout with a personal trainer, and have cooks that make you healthy food...

Cheesecake and Doritos. Put me in front of a bowl of Doritos and it will be gone in 60 seconds. I don't allow them in my house.

My food weakness is chocolate brownies, I could easily eat the whole pan especially when they are still warm and chewy.
Hey maybe Janet is bulking up to go on one of those celebrity weight-loss shows. I saw Kelly Lebrock on Celebrity Fit Club recently...yikes she has really ballooned out.

I'm with BBB - definitely red wine. But I drink it solely for the health benefits ;) you know, antioxidants and all.

As for Janet, maybe she can get on the commercial with Kirsty Alley.

I go through phases where I crave fatty foods and then phases where I crave sweets. I think all of the good ones have been mentioned but there are times where I can power through Chinese food like its water.

Mexican Food.

Luckily here in Germany the options are pretty slim for good mexican food.

So I just make Sunday my Taco day. I make them with lean turkey and baby spinach though. If I could only make guacamole fat free.
