Lactate vs Aerobic Threshold
KenMierke posted 2 years ago.
The term anaerobic threshold (AT) is commonly used. This represents a different way of measuring the same intensity as lactate threshold and the terms are basically synononmous. This intensity is the highest intensity at which lactate does not accumulate. It is moderately hard, characterized by heavy, but controlled breathing and mild to moderate burning in the muscles.
Aerobic threshold (AeT) is the ideal intensity for basic endurance training and is a very easy level.

Maybe this is a dumb question, I have tendancy to ask them from time to time.
Are your lactate and aerobic threshold different? If so, how much are they different both in terms of HR and training implications?
Thanks
