Haven't done the race, but the RD is a friend of mine and he always puts on a good race. The only draw back to this one is its Macon...who the hell wants to go to Macon??

A veteran triathlete friend of mine who knows his tri's did the race race last year and said it was well done, plans to do it this year as well. Should be good, see ya there.

I was just wondering who has done the Rock & Roll Man Half Iron in Macon, GA? I plan on racing this year, so a race profile from a participant's viewpoint would be great.
