Swim workout reference
Way to go on the swim endurance!
I used some clear contact paper over the workouts that I wrote or printed out. Worked pretty good.
Also use the swim workouts in a binder:

there is a scuba diving product that is a board with a pen that can be placed underwater or in and out of the water without comign off... maybe that would be a benefit to you. Just go to any diving store online and they should have them.

Thanks,
That was a good idea. I already got on line at a scuba website and ordered a couple of dive slates. Will let you know how they work out.
here is an option... i know you already have a program, but i have been using "workouts in a binder: Swim workouts for Triathletes" by Gale Bernhardt and Nick Hansen. It has killer workouts and falls right in with all for the Friel and Berhardt training plans and the book is made out of special paper so you can keep it poolside. It's made to get wet. I love it... just an idea.

OK, so I got the Mike Pigg's Triathlon software and am set up with pre-planned workouts, but I'd like to be able to write down my swim workout and bring it with me to the pool deck so I can easily and quickly reference it there while I swim. Anybody have any ideas on how to do this? Is there anything out there I can buy commercially that will allow me to do this? I don't want to put it in a baggie and have to deal with wet baggies. I'd like it to be big enough to see without stopping. I'm thinking coated paper and a grease pencil sort of thing...
PS I also finally found my swim groove. I used to have to stop after 100 yards and catch my breath and let my HR come down, but last week I had an epiphany I guess and found my groove! I went for 30 minutes non-stop and today was on a roll for 45 minutes. I felt great!
