Well, after hibernating for a couple of months, I decided that it was high time that I got myself back involved with this board and got my butt involved with some training again. The tri season is right around the corner and I figured it's never too early to get going. I have a few things up in the air that are pretty uncertain right now that might influence my training but I got a new trainer for xmas and have access to a pool (albeit it crappy) and treadmills or roads since it's hard to tell what the weather is going to be in Ohio in the winter.
I look forward to catching up with all of the posts that everyone puts up on here and giving some of my own input. Thanks for all of the help to this point and i'm looking forward to it this upcoming season!!!!!!
