Pretty much. It works,but it's super sticky and you BETTER like honey, cause all the "flavors" they have are def. secondary to the honey.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
Has anyone tried the gels called "Honey Stinger" or something like that? And is it just honey in a packet?
