Everyday running
Gordo Byrn and Hadd say thet frequency is very important to raising the aerobic threshold (AeT). If you are a long distance triathlete like halfs and IMs training everyday for running with a day off per week is I think very important. Start out in the AeT zone and work from there, but running each day is quite important. Read a few books like Jack Daniels Formula and Hadds Long Distance Running.

The big key is to LISTEN to your body. If you need rest take it and when you feel better start again.

Tank you for the feedback! I'm already training following the 150bpm advice that I read on Hadd's article.

It's a silly question, I saw it answered some times differently along the way but is it good/ok to train under 155bpm (base training) running EVERYDAY (means no rest day in between training days)?
