Hi all,
Just wanted to share my joy in setting a PR run yesterday. Ran 3 miles in 26 minutes. Beat my earlier PR of 27 min.

I do believe the LSD runs I have been doing since mid Sept. paid off. I was very comfortable going the faster pace. YEA.

Now back to more LSD's and I'll start my 15-week plan to a faster sprint March 1. If I can knock another minute off my run time I will be elated.

Thanks for all the training advice.

Hey that's great! Running fast once a week is not that bad for you IF you feel good to do it. Again, congrats on the PR!!

Sure feels great when you see the positive results from all the hard and dedicated effort that you put in. Good work!

You go girl! I've always wanted to say that, but just can't get away with it in person.

Congrats on the new PR
