nothing....Tapering for DW next weekend and today is my day "off" --BLECH! haveing a bit of a problem with my kneecap "tweaking" when I run the last couple of times so probably better this way. 10 mile run tomorrow.
Endurance swim:1.25 Mile distance. AM

Right now cooking some salmon and veggies for dinner.

Cause the calf hurt yesterday I stayed off the legs with running or biking today, well, not really. I rode to the pool (grandma style) and swam for 1.5hrs. then this eve did 20min w weights.

Did an easy zone 1 - zone 2 run out in the snow for an hour.
Bunch of stretches for flexibility.
Spent some quality time cleaning my bike. :D
