i m having a problem with my knee *the outer side of he right knee* and i believe its the [I]Iliotibial Band Syndrome[/I].

However, i was juz wondering what u guys do when ITB hits u. Also anyone has any gd articles or resources on what warming up stretches and cooling down exercises do u guys do.
