I'm having a lot of trouble lately with a lot of tightness/soreness durning my runs on the out sides of calves( lateral if your anatomical inclined), and also just a few inches above my ankle where your calf muscle begins.
Its just started happenin a week or two ago, I think its either
-i need new shoes
-i need motion control shoes
-the ninth of a mile track i run on in the winter if finnally getting to me
I'm inclined to think its the last because my inside leg is the one that feels it the most.
Any ideas or stretches to help out?
