I did the Dallas Turkey Trot 5K with my kids this morning. Very, very, very, very slow jog/trot.....

...but the kids had fun and got them excited about running in the future AND competing in triathlons next season. :)

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Then a noon...share a nice cup of tea with my best friend Gaby...
Then Lunch with my parents...
Now at the office, waiting for my day to finish....and have a great meal afterwards..
HAPPY Thanksgivin!

10K Turkey Chase with my husband and a few friends. Wow, the Maryland side of the Potomac River has a LOT more hills than the Virginia side. A bit more of a hard core workout than I'd anticipated.

Helped cook and clean and worked on my paper that is due next week. So Triguy, you weren't the only one with a busy, non-tri day.

I made 3 pies (and crust from scratch) and home made fudge. But I like to cook so it only took me an hour to put that stuff together. I didn't have to make the tough things this year. Last year I made a turduckin which took about 10 hours from start to finish. It was good but i wouldn't have got my workouts in this year if I had to do it again.

In some peoples' jargon, "naked" means without a heart rate monitor. I ain't saying which tho.

I would be careful though on Turkey day, Hot gravy spillage can hurt
