Impossible to find goggles

I have an uniquely shaped face and find it almost impossible to find a good set of swim goggles.

My eyes are set back from my nose bridge.

My typical goggle shopping experience includes individually taking every set of goggles out of their packaging installing the widest nosebridge and trying them on to find that the lenses dig into my nose bridge about a pencils width away from my face.

I have found one set of goggles by an obscure manufacturer (I don't have them in front of me, but I think it was US Aquatics or something like that). I bought three sets of those goggles at Dick's ($9.99) and they appear to be discontinued as I have not seen them since . Otherwise I can wear Aquasphere masks but they sit higher on my face then they are intended too and don't always keep a good seal. Even the goggles that I found tend to get very uncomfortable after about an hour of swimming. The strap connecting them always leaves a red mark.

Anyone have any advice? I think I have already tried every goggle by TYR and Speedo twice. Does anyone make custom swim goggles?

I can sympathize. It took me a while to find goggles I really felt comfortable with. At the moment for training I am using TYR Socket Rockets 2.0. The band connecting the goggles is almost like a rubber-band, they are very comfortable and cheap. I would not use these for racing though. If you got kicked it could really do some damage.

For racing I use the Lane 4 Revolutions. These as well do not have a stiff nose bridge, and are adjustable. Good luck on your search.

TYRs goggles dont fit me either, but their swim mask does. Also, check out aquasphere

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

How about Swedish goggles?
I didn't think I'd like them, but at $2.95 each, I figured they were worth a try, and was surprised that they fit well, and I often wear them for lap swimming. They're so compact, that I always keep a pair in my glove compartment; and in my fanny pack while I ride during the summer--- always prepared for a quick dip.

P.S. I understand these are the goggles of choice of many competitive swimmers.

If you had luck with Aquasphere seals...you might succeed with Kaimen. They have been the only one that works for me.
