Well I have dicided to do ym first IM in arizona 2007. This is because all the other IM are sold out for 2006 LOL. Well i have never done a triathlon for comptetion but i have a great 7 month training plan that includes two races an olympin and then a half ironman which is pretty good, since it literally tells you exactly what to do in trianing for the 7 months and 2 weeks. SO yeah cant really wait i will be getting my enw tri bike in christams which is a quintana roo kilo and yeah thats it. jsut excited. the trinaing has three phases a building phase, peak phase and then tapering phase so yeah i think i got it all planned out.
