One more knee pain Question...
Sounds to me like it may be an issue with your IT Band. This is pretty common among distance runners with limited flexibility. You can do a search on the internet about IT Band and some stretches that can help alleviate the problem.

Thanks bpcooper14, I just had and hour free at my work I read a couple of articles on the web about IT band Syndrome, and the description really fits my problem...thanks a lot...now I already print a few streching exercices that I am sure that are going to help....
Muchas Gracias!

Howdy guys...
since I started to put more effort in my trainning, and doing it more seriously...I started to experience some pain in the sides of both of my knees, like I have somebody put some screws in each side...specially after a long run...They don´t bother me after I ride my bike, but after I run lets say15 miles...they really hurt that given afternoon...or for example they hut when I go down the stairs...besides..I never take elevators...they feak me out...
So as a doctor...I prescribe to me some antinflamatory medicine already...and also I schedule an appointment with a specialist....but...I would apreciate some imput from the athlete´s point of view...you know....some advise maybe with my shoes...some different soles...stuff like that and I getting worried about this, I would hate to end un with some injury....
Any way...
Best wishes to all fo you
