Margie Shapiro of Team Fitness Concepts has won her age group at the ITU Age Group World Championship by more than 4 minutes. One age group is still not finished, so we can't say for sure whether she's won the overall.

That is two World Championships in one month from Fitness Concepts clients and two of the first athletes to begin using the Evolution Running techniques.

Margie is an owner of Potomac River Running, coaches runners for Potomac River Running and triathletes for Fitness Concepts, and has two toddlers. Training to win a world championship by such a margin while juggling all those priorities and responsibilities is amazing. Congratulations Margie!
