The main reason I ask was because I got REAL numb down "there" today. Not just where I could feel needles...I couldn't feel ANYTHING. It was to the point where I quite my workout early and finished it on one of those site down models where you're feet are out in front of you.
The reason I ask if it may be a women's model by default is because the seat has a buldge along the front of it. This bulge is in a very uncomfortable spot for guys. I know this is more incentive for me to finally get my own bike (which may happen quicker than expected if Rita causes gas prices to spike again!), but until I do...I'll be on the stationary.
take a spin class the seats are more like the saddles youd find on a road bike. plus you'll build respect in that gym :)
My gym is actually getting 5 spin-style bikes in within the next few weeks (months?)...but until they do and until I get my own bike, I'm stuck with what they have.
switch to a Ymca or a gym with spin bikes.
