Did Tylers Run last year, and I haven't decided on whether to run it this year. If I have a good 20 miler on Saturday, I'll be running a marathon in October.
If I suck, I'll run Tylers Run.
The runs are on a walking path (paved) within the Park, 5K and 10K on same path (flat and fast, 1 hill), just the 10K goes out further. The bike is on local roads, it is a little hilly, best described as 'rolling'. I averaged 20mph on the ride last year, and this year, I should be able to ride in the 21-22mph range.
This is a fun race, and a good way to end the season. Lots of the Tri folks run this, so the field was over a 100 last year, great fun with more people to race against.
If I find a map from last year, I'll post it.

Great!!! Thanks for the info. I've been out the whole season with some back problems. Trying to use this as my jump-start/kick in the butt for next season.

Is anyone around here in SW Ohio doing or has done the Tyler's Run Duathlon in October? I'm signed up for it and trying to find some info about the course. I haven't been able to find a course map or anything anywhere. Looks like a decent event from last year. I'm looking forward to my first race of the season.
