Nice hard long swim. 3300m.

Felt great to get back in the pool with my school tri team and pound out a good workout. Looking forward to my next 6 months of base training, which started yesterday.

Maybe, but I am certainly not the Flash.

Good luck getting through Rita. (That is this latest one's name, yes?) I can't imagine the stress of waiting and wondering.
Today I managed work and getting groceries. I better pick up the pace.
