How many days of what type of training?
Well, considering I'm 3 weeks post-IMC and going into fall running season, I'll do a month of kinda base work. 4 weights (2 upper, 2 lower), 4-5 runs, 3 swims, maybe 2 rides (1 spin class and 1 or 2 mtb rides). But this is my first real week of consistent activity: 30mins of aerobic sumthin'-or-other everyday and 1hr of yoga in the evenings. My flexibility went to crap this past season. :(
same here....I am finally consistently running again (did an hour run on Sunday) . Was running right after IM, but not "well". We are getting into "marathon season" for me so I will be "training like a runner" running approx 4-5 days/week and maybe a long bike ride on the opposite weekend day of my run. Weights 2 days a week and then pilates/yoga a couple of days a week.
For a standard use of my time first I figure out how many hours a week I can commit myself to training, then I use roughly 50% of time dedicated to bicycles rides, 30% to running and 20% to swimming. I don’t put too much time for weights only in the base training and only just insignificant time. I like to take Monday off; Tuesday and Thursday do a run during my lunch breaks and swims at night time. Wed and Fridays do stationary bike at lunch and rides in the afternoons when daylight is available. Saturday do the long rides and Sunday the long run. This is pretty much my time frame.

What is everyones current split as far as days running, swimming, cycling, and weight training per week?
