Got up and went for a 46km bike as the sun rose, followed by a 5km run. Back home by 8:15am.

Perfect.

Maybe I'll become an early morning trainer yet.

Another 2000 yards swim
and my 24 mile daily commute. Pushed a high gear with low cadence. Killer on the hills (overpasees).
Foot feels better might run thursday morning or with wife tomorrow nite.

24 Mile bike. 1800 YD Swim.
Did a 300 YD warmup and then that 500, 400, 300, 200, 100 swim-down thingee with a twist:
500/Free 400/Pull 300/Free 200/Kick 100/free...tried to go faster on each set.
Now if I could just get that flip-turn down

Heading out now for a 30 minute session of drills in the pool - followed by 60 minutes of endurance swimming.

Rode bike to school with cyclometer that says it is actually 3.54 miles from my house rather than the assumed 3 miles I though it was. So I actually do 7 miles a day. I'm still at school and I think I'll ride a bit further today and do 10-15 miles total for today.

I played racquetball for an hour, then sat in the steam room for 15 minutes.
It was good, very good.

I did an early morning run on my favorite route and saw a gorgeous sunrise over a field with ground fog. It made for a nice effect and made me grateful I could be out there.

I ran a two mile warm up and cool down. In between I ran 10 X 500 m at 5k pace. Good times! First of any speed work in a long time.
