Good luck to everyone at IMWI this year. I'll be watching.....

.......and preying on those online registration spots on Monday morning. I'm excited just to register, its going to begin to sink in that I am actually going to try and do an Ironman and join you amazing athletes.

Yes, good luck to all Mooers. May you all have a safe and successful IM.

Brian, you will do fine. An IM is nothing THAT hard. Prep is really 30% physical and 70% mental and food. The physical is really easy part if you have time. The other 70% is the tough part. Read up and learn all you can. Study, ask and be a sponge.

YES !!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU!!!

Brian,
If I can do it you can. BBB is right its soooo mental. I had a hard time getting out the door to train some days especially in the beginning. That was the hardest part for me. My husband figured I would muttle through it and do my IM and be done. By the time I got to the race he knew I was hooked and would hear me saying I wanted to do another onem and I did. I think it rubbed off, now he is talking about doing an IM too.

Just remember on the hard days that the race is your "reward". It truely is.
