So I take a well deserved night "out on the town" and what do I do when I get home???? Get on trifuel!!!!!! That's when you know you have a problem.,......or an obsession!!!!!! :D 5K run-17.5 mile ride-5K run is my goal duathlon oct. 8th since i've been injured and missed my first tri season. wish me luck!!!!!
