as the summer training comes to and end, i am sad that my good friend and only training buddy will be leaving me for an entire year for south korea. he is the only person that drags me kicking and screaming for pool sessions and bike rides and i drag him kicking and screaming for track sessions and LSDs. i will miss my friend. he did get me a pretty awesome gift: a bike trainer. i'll try to use it as much as i can during winter. as my last year of college begins, i'm sure i'll be too busy to train as much but i'm sure i'll sneak in a bike ride here and there. i'll be running XC so i know my running will not lack. it will be interesting what happens, it will be my first time without a training parter but i do hope reading all of you alls training stories will motivate me to get out there and have some fun......
