Back from Colorado and ready to race

I just got back from a CO vacation myself. Alas, it was no BIKE vacation (did some MTBing, tho) I did repeatadly kick myself in the butt and remind myself that next time, the bike goes, too, travel mates be damned!
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

Hi Yall,
Finally back from two weeks in Colorado. Put 300 miles on the bike, and some major climbing time. I did leave my climbing casette at home, so I rode the entire time with a 11-21 cluster on the bike
The last day was a ride up Rist River Canyon... Started at 5200 feet, and it topped out at 9300! Overall a climb of 4100 feet. Total ride was 42 miles, needless to say, I was whipped when I got back to the trailer.
Also managed to do some hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park, almost all of it above 10,000 feet. And snuck in a couple of runs in the Fort Collins Area with some friends.
Now, lets see what the altitude has done for my racing! Buck Creek International Duo, Here I Come!
