Did a quick 4 mile run this morning.
Was expecting to do a 2 hour ride after work, but it is raining pretty good right now and no let up in the forecast, but, we'll see.
Otherwise maybe take the time to prep the bike for this weekends race.

1500 yd swim in the morning and a 45 minute run at lunch. It's finally not as humid and there was a tiny breeze during my run for the first time in a long time!

Weather cleared - YEA! - so was able to get the 2 hour ride in tonight followed by a fast transition run.

Went mountain biking in the early morning with my stepdad - kona finisher turned knee replacement surgery survivor - finally I can keep up with him. :)

Then I rode my bike another 8 miles into work.

Probably going for a run or something this evening. That or doing bench press with baby. :D
