Hi! I've been asked to coach new triathletes at an amateur level for a non-profit organization (for fun). Having never done this before, although I know what to do, as I am an "experienced" triathlete, I still need help (of course). Does anyone know of a place on the web that I can go and review/retrieve/download workouts, training programs, etc?

Yeah. There's always the stuff here on Trifuel, there's beginnertriathlete.com, there's this - which I like - http://www.triedmonton.com/admin/PDFs/ShepleyTrainTips.pdf - and Geochuck has great swim sites.

Gale Bernhardt's book "Training Plans for Multi-Sport Athletes". Got me through my first Half IM. Has beginner and intermediate programs from duathlons, to sprint tris to Full Ironmans in various time formats (13 or 27 weeks eg)
