But seriously,
I use a shampoo that is made to clean the chlorine from your hair.
I use just a plain aloe vera gel since it doesn't have anything to irritate you skin further.
Nothing to it, but to do it

what type of lotion do yall use after u swim...cuz im don swim team right now and the pool has like way to much chlorine (sp) in it and it tastes like sweat. And i am in the water for 1.5 hrs straight and after wards, my god is my skin dry...o and plus..the water has to b atleast 86 degrees with the temp outside bn 96...so yea...what type of lotions do yall use...guys and girls
