Body Glide
I usualy put it (Body Glide) around ankles, wrists and neckline. Also cause I'm kindof cushy I put it around my underarms...I have a sleeveless wet suit and it rubs there. Pretty much I put it any where I think there might be rubbing at all....I figure it can't hurt. Hope this helps

I use it mostly to prevent chaffing on the run, and some on the bike (my wetsuit so far hasn't been bad about that). I put it on my sports bra lines, inner thighs and sometimes the backs of my shoulders (where the back of tank top sleeves go). For really long runs I've used it on my feet before, but I don't always.
I like Pam for the calfs and forearms to aid in getting out of the wetsuit easier. I also use a little BodyGlide around the neck for the wetsuit. That is an older habit - my old wetsuit had a high neckline and would cause a sort of choking sensation. My new suit has a lower neckline, but continue to use BodyGlide out of habit or maybe superstition.
For bike/run - BodyGlide on the inner/ upper thighs.
For the run a bit across the chest .

I was wondering where you put on body glide/pam/olive oil/butter =D
I did not use it for my last tri, and I remember that I had issues with my wrists and ankles... so I'm definetly going to use some there. I just wanted to know where everyone usually uses theirs. I'm renting a wetsuit so I can't really practice and see other places I might need it.
