~45 miles in rolling prairies of Eastern CO, approx 3 hours. My new bike really enjoyed it, she didn't have an out of city line ride yet and she felt ansy. As soon as I got her past the "city road maintance stops here" sign she almost pedaled herself. :D
Rode the CaliforniaMan course with friends from hockey and tri-club. Rode 70% of it. It's REALLY flat. The winds are going to be an issue, but otherwise a really flat, and potentially fast route. Looking forward to it.
Biked 60 miles, at a pretty quick pace...
12 mile run in the hot hot sun.
Saturday- Ran 20 miles on the beautiful Katy Trail overlooking the Missouri River. The first 18 were fun, the last two were torture :)
Sunday- It rained all day :( But did 2 hours on the trainer.

4 hour bike ride. Tough one today, fairly strong head winds on the way back in.
