Does anyone have their bike set up to ITU rules? If so..what is the brandname and title of the aerobar.

Thanks

i do, just get some jammer aero bars, they can't extend past the shifters and they should be a little rounded in. (non spear like)

I race ITU and I have the Vision TT Clip-On Mini. You can see it here:

It looks curved, but really it's barely noticeable. The image doesn't show them bridged (which you'll need), but you can buy them that way; I did. IMHO, they're absolutely brilliant.

I bought the bars already bridged. From Way Past Fast (www.waypastfast.com).
Perhaps Visiontech (or FSA, who own them now) can supply you with a bridge when you buy the bars, or your LBS will have them bridged, or will have a bridge for them.
Otherwise, Visiontech sells this, which can function as a bridge: http://www.visiontechusa.com/fly.aspx?layout=product&taxid=86&pid=126
