most clip on aerobars work on a regular circular handel bar. If ur carbon handle bar is circular on the left and right sides past the stem..should work
If you get a flat, and don't have a tube, Suck it up and run it in!!!

I'm not worried as much about the fit as whether an aerobar will put too much torque on the carbon handlebar and break it.

Id think it wouldnt be detrimental to the handlebars, carbon fiber can hold its own :) But thatd be my guess seeing as though I dont have any personal experience :).
